Shipping & Delivery

Which carriers do you use?
We ship domestic and Canadian orders using USPS and FedEx.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, a tracking link will appear on your Order Status page. You’ll receive this link via email.
If tracking updates appear stalled or delayed, please contact us at theglamshop@aol.com.

When will my order arrive?

  • Domestic Orders: Please allow 3–5 business days after handling time.

  • International Orders (Canada only): Allow 7–14 business days.
    Note: Customs may cause delays.

Handling Time:
Processing times vary by item and are noted in each product listing.
Weekends, holidays, customs inspections, and weather may affect delivery timelines. All shipping timeframes are estimates.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility:

  • Requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

  • Returns are only accepted with prior authorization from Glam Shop Collection.

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility; return labels are not provided.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition received.

  • Damaged or used items will not be accepted.

Refunds & Credits:

  • Approved returns in original condition are eligible for store credit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be refunded or re-shipped.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Makeup and undergarments

  • Sale, discounted, clearance, and Glam Dollar Deal items


Return Authorization

To request a Return Authorization number and instructions, please email us at theglamshop@aol.com. Be sure to include the reason for your return in your message.


International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
Yes—we currently ship to Canada only. Additional international destinations will be added in the future.


International Taxes & Duties

Please note that international orders may be subject to duties, customs fees, and value-added taxes (VAT). These charges are not included in your shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

If you refuse delivery of an international shipment, you will be responsible for:

  • The original shipping cost

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred

  • Return shipping costs (if applicable)

These charges will be deducted from your store credit.
If return fees exceed the total value of your merchandise and shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and no credit will be issued.


Important Notes on Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. No refunds or re-shipments will be issued for undeliverable orders.

  • For international returns or exchanges, we do not refund any duties, taxes, shipping fees, or import charges.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide return shipping labels at this time.
